svn commit problem

Hello everyone,

I finally found some time to continue the ocframe part in the mechanics package but I encounter svn problems. For some reason every new file a created fails to commit:

johan ~/Documenten/Octave/octave-forge/main/mechanics/inst/ocframe $ svn commit ocframe_tests.m
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to MKACTIVITY request for '/p/octave/code/!svn/act/661c1b45-d8fb-4de2-895a-2b2e1fddbb10'
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:

I have absolutely no idea why this is. Can someone help me?
