The following language files are updated with changeset

* fr_FR.ts: updated and removed qscintilla strings
* nl_NL.ts: updated and added qscintilla strings (no qscintilla_nl.tm)
* pt_BR.ts: updated and removed qscintilla strings

(The last line of the changeset's comment is wrong, the qscintilla stuff
is removed from pt_BR.ts)
