Collapsing some libinterp directories |

I think there's some consensus that the separation of the following
directories isn't actually helping:
libinterp/corefcn
libinterp/interp-core
libinterp/interpfcn
Their distinction is somewhat arbitrary based on whether they have
DEFUNs in them or not of what kind. Can we just put all of them into a
subdir called "core" or something?
