I think this is a very bad idea. Agora is meant to be the place to
share package, bundles or snippets. One should be able to leave
comments and notes about one of those things, maybe have a very simple
bug tracker for them but that's it. It is not the place for the Octave
community to have discussions or get help.

I agree that such thing could be useful, something like stackoverflow
for Octave but in that case it's simply a matter of hosting it
ourselves (OSQA or askbot) at help.octave.org or something like that.
Not to integrate into Agora.

I really don't think Agora need more features at the moment. It just
needs to have working the ones on the main page.
