Packages binary files were installed under my own ${HOME} dir and were thus
not updated by rebaseall. To sort it :

ls -1 where_the_file_are/*.oct > control
rebaseall -v -T control

This way, the offending .oct files were included in the global rebaseall,
and the problem is gone. Thanks for the tip.
