Was that the mingw-get-inst-20120426.exe installer ?

I used mingw-get-setup  from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/latest/download?source=files

Ive never used it (mingw-get-setup)  – always just the mingw-get-inst-20120426.exe from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Installer/mingw-get-inst/mingw-get-inst-20120426/mingw-get-inst-20120426.exe/download

On running it:

Selected Use-pre-packaged repository changes (20120426)

For package options:

Mingw Compiler Suit – C compiler

MSYS basic system

The rest of the steps look about the same – I also had to install bsdtar which was a later requirement

This manage to get me to building autoconf, with some small hacks. Now it's stuck again. But I will  try again, this time using the newest packages, because it seems that source of my current problem is older version of m4. Thanks for help.
