Last time we created a ToDo list on the Octave Wiki for all that had to
happen before the release.  Seems like it would be useful to do that again.

Yes, I think we should create a list of items for the release.  Would you
prefer to do this on the wiki or on the task tracker?  Maybe the wiki is
easier to edit, but the task tracker limits editing to the people who are
members of the Octave project on Savannah.

I prefer the Wiki.  The task tracker is really just a glorified threaded
discussion board; this means that instead of crossing items off a ToDo
list, or deleting them entirely, you have to keep re-posting the reduced
list as a new comment.

I guess I was thinking we would post a separate item in the task tracker for each thing that needed to be completed.

It doesn't matter that much to me. Using the wiki is OK. We can deal with vandalism if it happens.
