heads up about some renamed files

I pushed a series of changes to savannah that create new files and move 
some files around in order to extract our wrapper for cURL from 
urlwrite.cc in libinterp to separate files in liboctave.  These changes 
may require you to delete some files in your build tree, and possibly 
run bootstrap and configure again.

Sorry for the trouble that these changes might cause, but its something 
that needs to be done before the release.
