Thank you for clarification.

After download with the raw button on the left you have to open it with
linguist-qt4 (package qt4-dev-tools in debian).

Can you contact JĂșlio Hoffimann Mendes (e-mail in file translators) and
inform him that you are doing the pt_BR translation changes?
