All,

I updated the gnulib pointer.  Note that you won't actually see any changes
unless you run bootstrap again (to grab modules from gnulib) before
configure and make.  Anyone creating final release tarballs (jwe, ???)
should definitely run bootstrap at some point before the final 'make
dist'.  It doesn't introduce any failing tests.
