snapshot release of the image package (v2.1.1)

Hi everyone

For those who don't follow planet Octave[1], I have prepared a tarball
of the current image development version of the image package [2].
Would be great if users of the image package who have a development
version of Octave (it is dependent on a few new functions) could give
it a go and report some problems. As mentioned on the blog post, I
made it on purpose that one needs to do "pkg install -nodeps" to
install it.
