When using non-GCC compiler, you can see this warning in the configure script output:
configure: WARNING: UNEXPECTED: nth_element test failed. Refusing to fix except for g++ 4.8.2.
This is a bit misleading as it seems to imply something is broken, but can't be be fixed. Is that warning necessary for non-GCC compilers?
