When running the gui (hg id is 2d3b1037fd12 tip @) on Mac OS 10.9, the text
below shows up at startup.

called CTFontCreateWithName() using name "Courier New" and got font with
PostScript name "CourierNewPSMT". For best performance, only use PostScript
names when calling this API.

breakpoint on CTFontLogSuboptimalRequest to debug.
