I just submitted a patch with the updated translations for pt_BR.

I'm sure surprises will arise when I see these translations in action, specially with regard to the accelerator keys.

I have updated the language files to the info on the experimental gui
and the language files be_BY and nl_NL to the internal qt strings used
in the dialogs. The file de_DE was not updated since Andy is already
working on a translation.
