This would make sense, since some pending OF packages (e.g. image-2.2.0 and
signal-1.3.0) require Octave 3.8.0. As far as I know, their maintainers hold
the packages back until Octave 3.8.0 (binaries?) arrive(s). This could cause a
deadlock.
