mxe-octave stable-octave

I just updated mxe-octave for the stable-octave package of 3.8.0

 

It should cross build everything and create the installer with command:

./mk-dist --installer --stable

 

I have also started adding a number of additional octave-forge packages to mxe-octave so there is currently:

I will continue to add as I get a chance. If anyone gets to try building and installing from it, let me know how it goes.
