Since a new "parallel" is now released, remember removing the
respective functions from "general" (inst/parcellfun.m,
inst/pararrayfun.m, inst/private/parcellfun_opts.m,
inst/private/chunk_parcellfun.m, src/fsave.cc, src/fload.cc,
src/__exit__.cc, and of course modify Makefile, INDEX, (and NEWS)). I
checked that the functions are not called by others in "general".
Tell me if you want me to do it.
