Please try 3.8.0-5 instead.

For some reason, native-gcc wont cross compile at all for me under Fedora 20 without changes. For the above issue, I saw the -lgss_s issue yesterday - find libgcc_s.a in the installed distro and copy it to the lib folder.

On a different issue, I added a change to the installer to check for Windows 8 and add the -i --line-editing to the shortcuts, Since I dont have Windows 8, can someone who does give it a try.
