GSoC14:Implemented some functions missing in mapping package

Hi Carnë,

I implemented some missing functions in mapping package with the help
of utility functions implemented by you. But in unitsratio function
ratio of degrees and radians is giving 1 due to which many tests in
some functions related to that are giving errors. I tried but i am not
getting what is wrong with it. Please help so that i can commit
implemented functions.
