Hello,

I found a few ... oddities in the way Java is detected under cygwin64.
I'm fixing them now; basically it boils down to strange interaction
betweens Unix and MSYS conventions about path separator.  I would like
to have those changes integrated and tested before the next big
release.

Pascal,
cygwin has no java package/programs.

As such, interaction from other windows version of java is NOT supposed to work.
Please skip detection defining a restricted PATH with only cygwin binaries.
