Request for Feedback on Proposal

I just uploaded my proposal for GSoC 2014 on melange and updated my
wiki personal profile <http://wiki.octave.org/User:Arpit17792>. I
tried to cover most of the things in the proposal but If you see
something wrong , have any questions,or have any suggestions, please
let me know. All feedbacks are very much appreciated.
