Dear maintainers,
I've just created a page for Android http://wiki.octave.org/Android and
I want to add this to the FAQ section as soon it is complete because I
think we'll get more complaints for the in app fee.
I tried to recaptitulate the standpoint from the most maintainers but I
want to assure that this page is okay.
