IMHO This is the main issue to focus on.
I had in mind to work on this, but I do not have a system with Yosemite at the
moment
as I had to revert to Mavericks when I found out that other code I use for my
research
required more work to be ported than I can currently afford.
I think I will be able to try this again by end of March.
