I think a number of downstream packagers might disagree with this. I
know that Debian, for example, might still want to be able to
regenerate tests from the original source, per the DFSG.

However, if there's a url that points to the original source, they can
still fetch that and repackage if they see a need to do so.

Then, I will better add the source files in the release. This is going to make life easier for me and for them.
