Hi Nir, Thank-you for the response. GNU has its own guidelines for proposals on Melange. http://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/guidelines.html While Octave has its own (public wiki template which goes in the user account page. And private wiki template that goes in the melange application) Which one should I follow? I am a bit confused as to whether GNU will review the application or Octave?
