Dmitry, thanks for the translation. There are some trnaslations still
marked as unfinished. Is this intended or can they be finished.
Moreover, the following translations are missing

QObject:

  automatic
  inherited
  persistent
  selection

settings_dialog:

  This works well for monospaced fonts. The line is drawn at a
  position based on the width of a space character in the default font.
  It may not work very well if styles use proportional fonts or if
  varied font sizes or bold, italic and normal texts are used.

  Print debug location in terminal window in addition to the marker in
  the editor

  Hide tool tips

  Select this option to prevent conflicts with readline shortcuts

shortcut_manager:

  Show Completion List
