Hello
The bug
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42036
might be come from the incompleteness of file handing routine of mingw-gcc for
non-ascii code.
The gnulib might be help to overcome this issue.
I have invoked the mxe-octave directory on my ubuntu PC.
I have not find the gnulib related files and directory entry.
Am I wrong for searching gnulib related matters?
