new demo for leasqr and optim pkg

I wrote a demo to help me learn the leasqr function.

It turned out to also have comments about multi-variable regression

and Taguchi methods of orthogonal choices of design parameters.

I think it should be adapted and used in the optim pkg.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

I realize that it need improvements before adding to any pkg.
