Hi Filip, 

 Maybe we can think about this together. If you're not an expert in mathematics, then numerical code is not going to be your thing. 

 On the other hand, graphics, GUI, interface code or a notebook interface etc are a possibility.

Hi Filip

We typically do not suggest projects to others.  The idea is that you
should pick up something that interests you.  You should be developing
Octave to solve your problems or work on something that you find
interesting.
