RE: Maintaining video package

In configure.ac:

AC_CHECK_FUNCS([av_set_parameters av_codec_is_encoder],[],[])

This should set HAVE_AV_SET_PARAMETERS if the function is found (assuming 
HAVE_AV_SET_PARAMETERS was defined in config.h.in)
