Re: roots accuracy

  I have attached my attempt to improve the repeated roots accuracy. 

This is an alpha release. I wold like others to test it

and suggest improvements.

I know that some variable names should be improved,

and some loops might be vectored.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I envision that the present file called roots.m will be renamed, and 

this file will be named to roots.m
