For me, Octave-Forge is not visible enough - even after the update. I can't
stress this enough: Most Octave newbies/interessted people do not know
anything about Octave-Forge. So here are some ideas for the frontpage:

1) Move the Octave-Forge section to the top, even above the syntax examples.
2) Try to visually separate the headlines. For me the frontpage appears as a
wall of text. For example you could use a horizontal line between every
section or put an underline below the headline that spreads over the whole
width of the page.
3) The documentation is something every users works with. Maybe split the
big download button into two buttons: Download and Documentation. Make the
download button blue and the documentation button orange (like I did in my
design prototype, see below).
4) Maybe remove the Development section from the frontpage and move it into
a own page since most visitors are users and not developers.
5) Add more screenshots to the examples section, especially some that show
Octave running on Windows. Maybe some users of this mailing list can provide
some nice-looking visualizations/simulation results?
