Hello Alexey,Perhaps would it be possible to check that Scilab/backdoor is available at pkg install time (and, if not, at least warn about it) and at pkg load time (and, if not, refuse to load the package)?
Also, since you're going to have this question about ATOMS quite often, you could consider starting a page on the wiki for it.
