Ah.  I see what you mean.  The copyright notice on the source is lost
after installation because we don't keep the C++ sources.  Only the
COPYING file is installed.

I'm not sure what is the right thing to do there.  My impression is that
the whole mapping package becomes under the GPL license so you only need
that license.

Anyway, I don't think we have to worry about it since we are releasing
sources only, and the copyright notice is there.
