Yes, my intent was to make the variables we use for the various --enable options more consistent. I'll finish making this change for ENABLE_64. Are there any others that you noticed that I missed? I'll continue to preserve the old names in case there is other code that uses them.
Where have you been using USE_64_BIT_IDX_T? jwe
