"features" problems

using stable on windows I saw this

 pkg install -forge io

octave_config_info: no info for 'features'

Then I tested default on Ubuntu  and saw this

filename = ExampleData.xlsx

error: structure has no member 'features'

error: called from

    getxlsinterfaces at line 52 column 14

    xlsopen at line 246 column 17

    xlsread at line 197 column 11

    jenw1 at line 6 column 30

    rainm5 at line 3 column 2

So it seems "features" has changed?
