I see almost the same result but I have 26 XFAIL and 13021 PASS.  Here 
are my XFAIL counts:

Which one(s) are different for you?

Also, it's very nice to see that the packages are all cross compiled and 
installed by the installer now!

Uploading the nsis installer and the zip file distribution of the 
Windows binary to alpha.gnu.org now.
