font problem on qt and fltk graphics toolkit if octave execute from windows command line

Hello

I have met troubles on font on octave-4.0 (4.0.0 and 4.0.1-rc4) on
the graphics_toolkit qt and fltk. 
Of course, on gnuplot graphics_tolkit, I have not met any font problem.


If octave execute from octave icon, there have been no problem.

However, from windows command line 

C:\Users\Tatsu>E:\octave\Octave-4.0.1-rc4\octave.vbs --force-gui


The fonts are not represented normally.

See the snapshot on qt toolkit (an attachment file).

Does anyone see the similar issues?
