https://bitbucket.org/josiah425/tisean is the Octave port of TISEAN,
you can get this directly from source forge
https://github.com/heggus/Tisean is the original TISEAN package, **not
for octave**.

The latter you need to compile following the instructions given in the
TISEAN website
