GSoC - ode15s Important Changes

Dear all,

I wrote a new post on the blog with some important information and the next goals to achieve before midterm evaluation. 

The most important change to the project is that, discussing with mentors, we decided to start implementing ode15i because it's more general than ode15s and to build ode15s later around it. 

I found a good interface between HTML and LaTeX for the post, but unfortunately it seems to work fine only on my blog, while on planet.octave it doesn't work.
