I tried install numpy for windows amd64 on numpy 1.10.1 on numpy official page.
Bit it requires Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0. 

We have to find alternative.

Well, I install numpy via 'pip'...

I used the script 'get-pip.py' then using windows command prompt:

............................

cd c:/Python27

python get-pip.py

cd Scripts

pip install numpy

............................
