Categories for patches

Greetings all,

The Patch tracker on Savannah has a Category field, but the only option is
"none".  I'm looking for patches that seem suitable to apply to 4.2.0, and
it would be really useful to have the category field, at least to
distinguish Octave Forge from core.

I propose the following list of categories:

- Core: new function
- Core: new feature
- Core: other
- Forge: new function
- Forge: other

Could someone with authority please add them (or other categories) to the
Savannah settings?
