Hi,

Are you aware that this project has been already worked on 
by Roberto Porcù during a past SOCIS project?

The code is in the odepkg package in Octave-Forge
https://sourceforge.net/p/octave/odepkg/ref/default/

I'm not sure whether the wiki page accounts for the
work already done or not, so you better check before
spending work on this.

As this probably belongs in the odepkg I'm also CCing
others involved in maintaining the package.
