GSoC2017 specfun

Dear all,

my work at GSoC is finished. I would like to know which is the next step 
to push my code.

I have already "summarized" and rebased my work in a unique bookmark 
(specfun2017) on my repo [1], so that it should be easier to revise 
(there is only one commit for each function and the modifications are 
done on a more recent version of octave).

I link also my blog [2] which summarize the work done during this summer.
