my guess would be that you are supposed to have some links pointing from
/sw/lib/qt5-mac/lib/QtCore.framework/Headers
to
/sw/lib/qt5-mac/lib/QtCore.framework/Versions/5/Headers
etc.
But, maybe the links were deprecated on Mac OS X. I don't know.
