You are right.
Recent change cause trouble qt and osmesa.

configure:70107: result: no

Package Qt5Help was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `Qt5Help.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'Qt5Help' found
