First Octave 4.4.1 release candidate available for ftp

The first release candidate for the 4.4.1 bug-fixing release is now available from ftp.alpha.org in the directory gnu/octave: 

  -rw-r--r-- 1 3003 3002 25583761 Jul 13 19:26 octave-4.4.1-rc1.tar.bz2
  -rw-r--r-- 1 3003 3002 19161651 Jul 13 19:26 octave-4.4.1-rc1.tar.lz
Once they are built, I'll make Windows installer files available in the same directory.
