Details:

This old version of makeinfo.exe is issued from a dj203 install.

It is provided to replace the makeinfo.exe file from Octave for users who
encounter the problem that the online 'help' command returns truncated and
garbled text.

The file can replace the one provided by the original Octave install, in the
folder:
<octave install dir>/msys/bin/makeinfo.exe
