Follow-up Comment #21, patch #8607 (project octave):
Thanks ederag for updating the patch, I'll try it out.
A missing thing is an entry in libinterp/dldfcn/module.mk to include h5read.h
in a dist archive. Put it after oct-qhull.h in the top stanza
(EXTRA_DIST_FILES IIRC).
This is required to be able to cross-build it, mxe-octave needs a complete
dist archive.
