An editable frequency table would be nice. While you're at it, could you
add pitch bend support as well? =)
Something like this could also be done as a DSSI plugin, since DSSIs can
receive MIDI and output audio and control data. If you did it as a DSSI
plugin you could have the frequency table as an editable table in the
DSSI GUI.
